How to use on children over 6 years old:
Before use check for sensibilities and allergies by applying a small quantity onto your child’s arm. Leave for a couple of hours, while always watching the child. In case of allergic reaction, wash thoroughly and stop using it.
If no reaction occurs, then apply the “Winter Buddy Balm” to the chest and back before bed, by taking a small amount with the spoon provided and apply with your fingers to your child's chest, back and a generous amount to feet and cover them with socks, to help open up airways and ease breathing. This will help your child sleep soundly through the night when he/she has a cough and congestion.
 
You can also use a small scoop of this in a cup of hot water to make a steam inhalant.
Do not use vaporisers in a house where a child or adult lives with asthma or other respiratory diseases.
Use this balm as often as needed.
Avoid contact with eyes. Wash your hands after each use.

Do not rub this on your child's face or around his/her nose.
