We offer a great variety of BioSkincare and BioPharmacy products including natural face and eye creams, body and massage oils, therapeutic tinctures, plant extracts and oils and natural herbal remedies (all referred to as “Products”). Our Products are not tested on animals, are handmade with love and care in the United Kingdom, based on Our family Mediterranean traditions and tried and tested methods coupled with modern herbal medicine and take all precautions to make our Products safe.

We manufacture Our Products from scratch without using ready-made bases and Our herbalists personally develop the most appropriate combinations of the best and most suitable ingredients using proprietary formulations.

We take personal care of all the manufacturing phases of Our Products: from sourcing the purest therapeutic grade essential oils and organic ingredients, to creating Our own proprietary herbal infused oils, herbal tinctures, plant extracts and creating the most effective combinations, aiming at producing Products that are suitable for all.

All Our BioSkincare Products in MIRON Violetglass jar come with their own ball shaped spoon to ensure that they are not contaminated when used and facilitate facial massage and cream absorption.

PLEASE NOTE: PERSONALISED ORDERS AND PRODUCTS MADE TO ORDER ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. THE PRICE FOR THE PERSONALISED PRODUCT WILL BE AGREED BEFORE THE ORDER IS PLACED. PAYMENT MUST OCCUR BEFORE THE PRODUCT IS MADE.

ALL ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY

If We agree to ship Your order outside the UK, Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. You are the sole responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. We ship our Products with reputable international couriers as indicated on our Website.

4. Acceptance of orders

Once Your order is received it will be progressed and an email acknowledgement issued to the email address You provided.

The price of any Products will be as quoted on the Website from time to time, except in cases of obvious error. For the price of Services, please email Us with your request. Prices include VAT (if applicable) but exclude any shipping costs in section 6 below, which will be added to the total amount due depending on the shipping method You choose and the location. Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect any confirmed by Us orders.

5. Protecting Your Product

In the interest of hygiene and to preserve the freshness and full strength of the natural properties of Our BioSkincare Products are produced on the day of Your order. Please note that We do not allow for cancellation and/or return or exchange of the Products, unless the Products arrive to You damaged or faulty. Herbal blends and customised goods will not be exchanged or refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please, read on for more details.

We package our Products with care to ensure that they reach You in the best possible condition. Our packers will confirm in Your confirmation email that they have checked the exterior condition of the Product before packaging.

You must take reasonable care of the Products; keep them away from children and direct sunlight and in cool conditions (preferable below 25oC). During hot days it is beneficial to keep the BioSkincare Products in the fruit and vegetable section of your fridge.

Please note that, Our Products are made of natural ingredients, by hand and there may be slight variations in colour or consistency, which do not affect the effect or efficacy of the Products.

Also, please note: We will not be liable or responsible for any failure or delay to perform any obligations under these terms and conditions that is caused by events outside Our reasonable control.

6. What if something goes wrong

In the unlikely event of the Product reaching You damaged, please provide photographic evidence and (if requested by Us) return it to Us together with its packaging and all wrapping paper within 7 days of delivery. We will examine it and if it is found by Us to be defective or damaged in transport and We will replace the Product(s) without any charge, as soon as reasonably possible.

This provision does not affect Your statutory rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Our total liability to You in respect of all other loss or damage arising under or in connection with the Contract, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, shall in no circumstances exceed the value of Your order.

In the interest of hygiene and to preserve the freshness and full strength of the natural properties of Our Herbal Products, they are produced on the day of Your order. Please note that We do not allow for cancellation and/or return or exchange of the Products, unless the Products arrive to You damaged or faulty.

Herbal blends and customised goods will not be exchanged or refunded.

In the unlikely event of a Product reaching You damaged, please provide photographic evidence and (if requested by Us) return it to Us together with all its packaging within 7 days of delivery. We will examine it and if it is found by Us to be defective or damaged in transport and We will replace the Product(s) without any charge, as soon as reasonably possible.
