Frankincense Tincture Ratio 1:2 in a menstruum of 90% alcohol and Highland Spring mineral water.

• Frankincense may have blood-thinning effects interacting with anticoagulant medications, particularly blood thinners and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (medicines that are used to relieve pain, reduce inflammation and bring down a high temperature, like aspirin and ibuprofen), so consult with a doctor before using it. 

Traditionally Taken: 1ml taken 3 times per day or as directed by a Herbal Practitioner.
